Fish (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations (Amendment)2

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and in pursuance of section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby make the following Regulations under the Fish (Export Inspection Charge) Ac t 1981.

Commencement

 1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1983.

 2. After Regulation 2 of the Fish (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Export permit

“2A.

For the purposes of the definition of ‘prescribed export permit’ in section 4 of the Act, a permit in force under Regulation 22 of the Export Control (General) Regulations in relation to the export of fish is declared to be a prescribed export permit.”.
