Fish (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Fish (Export Inspection Charge) Act 1981.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1984.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fish (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:

RATES OF CHARGE

1	Fish other than shellfish...............................	1.2 cents per kilogram
2	Shellfish other than oysters, rock lobster, squid, cuttlefish and octopus	5.1 cents per kilogram
