I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Fish (Export Inspection Charge) Act 1981.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 29 April 1985.

Export permit

2. Regulation 2a of the Fish (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is amended by omitting “Regulation 22 of the Export Control (General) Regulations” and substituting “orders made under regulation 3 of the Export Control (Orders) Regulations”.
