B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland jn Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1. This Act may be cited as "The Fish and Oyster Short title Act Amendment Act of 1918," and shall be read as one : ~ ~struct' ion with *"The Fish and Oyster Act of 1914," herein referred of Act. to as· the Principal Act. The Principal Act and this Act may together be cited as "The Fish and Oyster Acts, 1914 to 1918." 2. Subsection three of section seven of the Principal Amendment Act is repealed. of s. 7. 3.
