Explanatory note
Government Employees Health Fund Limited (referred to in the list of employers in Schedule 1 to the First State Superannuation Act 1992 as Government Employees Health Club) changed its name on 6 March 2000 to Australian Health Management Group Limited and further changed its name on 15 January 2009 to Australian Health Management Group Pty Limited.
The object of this Order is to update the current employer name to Australian Health Management Group
Pty Limited in the list of employers in Schedule 1 to the First State Superannuation Act 1992.
This Order is made under section 7 of the First State Superannuation Act 1992.

Schedule 1 Employers

Omit “Government Employees Health Club”.

Insert instead “Australian Health Management Group Pty Limited (formerly known as Government Employees Health Club, Government Employees Health Fund Limited and Australian Health Management Group Limited)”.
