I, the Honourable ANTHONY MURRAY GLEESON, A.C., Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 7 (1) of the First State Superannuation Act 1992, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act, taking effect on and from 1 January 1993, by omitting from Part 1 of that Schedule the following name:

Community Welfare Employment Corporation

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Order is to remove an outdated reference to the Community Welfare Employment Corporation from Schedule 1 to the Act. Schedule 1 lists authorities that are employers for the purposes of the Act. The amendment will have effect on and from 1 January 1993, being the date on which the Corporation was abolished by the Community Welfare (Amendment) Act 1992.

This Order is made under the First State Superannuation Act 1992, particularly section 7.
