FIRST STATE SUPERANNUATION ACT 1992–ORDER
GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.
I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 7 of the First State Superannuat ion Act 1992, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Employers), with effect on and from 1 July 1997, by inserting at the end of Part 1 of that Schedule the following names:
Coleambally Irrigation Corporation
Murrumbidgee Irrigation Corporation

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Under the First State Superannuation Act 1992 employers within the meaning of the Act are required to make superannuation contributions in respect of certain of their employees to the fund kept under that Act. Schedule 1 to the Act lists organisations and bodies that are employers for the purposes of the Act. Section 7 of the Act authorises the Governor-in-Council, by Order, to amend the Schedule.
The object of this Order is to include in the Schedule as employers the Coleambally than the date of its publication.)
Irrigation Corporation and the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Corporation.
