I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 7 (1) of the First State Superannuation Act 1992, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule l to that Act (Employers), to take effect on and from 1 July 1992, by inserting after the reference to the Trustees of Grabine State Recreation Area in Part 1 of that Schedule the following name:
Trustees of Killalea State Recreation Area

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Under the First State Superannuation Act 1992 employers within the meaning of the Act are required to make superannuation contributions to the First State Superannuation Fund in respect of certain of their employees. Schedule 1 to the Act lists organisations and bodies that are employers for the purposes of the Act. Section 7 of the Act authorises the Governor-in-Council, by Order, to amend the Schedule in certain cases. The purpose of this Order is to include in the Schedule as an employer the Trustees of Killalea State Recreation Area.

The Order will have retrospective effect on and from 1 July 1992, the date on which the First State Superannuation Scheme is taken to have come into operation. Section 7 (2) of the Act authorises an Order to be made so that it has effect retrospectively.
