I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 7 (1) of the First State Superannuation Act 1992, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Employers), to take effect on and from 1 July 1993, by adding to the end of Part 1 of that Schedule the following name:
Hawkesbury-Nepean Catchment Management Trust

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Under the First State Superannuation Act 1992 employers within the meaning of the Act must contribute to the First State Superannuation Fund for certain of their employees. Schedule 1 to the Act lists the employers for the purposes of the Act. Section 7 of the Act authorises the Governor-in-Council, by Order, to amend the Schedule. This Order adds the Hawkesbury-Nepean Catchment Management Trust to the list of employers.

The Order will be taken to have had effect on and from 1 July 1993, the date on which the Hawkesbury-Nepean Catchment Management Trust was constituted under the Catchment Management Act 1989.
