I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 7 of the First State Superannuation Act 1992, do, by this my Order:

| (b) | amend Part 1 of that Schedule, to take effect on and from 8 December 1992, by omitting the item relating to Trustees of state recreation areas and by inserting instead the following names: |

amend Part 2 of that Schedule, to take effect on and from 8 December 1992, by inserting after the item relating to the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust the following names and limitation:
Government Employees (limited to persons who were Health Club employees of the employer Keep Australia Beautiful on 7 December 1992) Sydney Credit Union
(f) amend Part 2 of that Schedule, to take effect on and from 8 December 1992, by omitting the following items: The employer of a servant, or class of servants, specified in a proclamation published under section 2 (4) of the Local Government and Other Authorities (Superannuation) Act 1927
A body or association of persons specified in a proclamation published under section 2 (5) of the Local Government and Other Authorities (Superannuation) Act 1927

amend Part 2 of that Schedule, to take effect on and from 1 July 1993, by omitting from that Part the figure “1919” where firstly occurring and by inserting instead the figure “1993”;
(h)
amend Part 2 of that Schedule, to take effect on and from 1 July 1993, by omitting from that Part the matter “A committee constituted under the Local Government Act 1919 as an urban committee or a joint committee of 2 or more councils and by inserting instead the following matter:
An electricity distributor within the meaning of the Electricity
Act 1945

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Order is to bring Schedule 1 to the First State Superannuation Act 1992 up to date. The Schedule lists organisations and bodies that are employers for the purposes of the Act and as such are required to make superannuation contributions to the First State Superannuation Fund in respect of certain of their employees.
The amendments:
(a) reflect the current names or descriptions of employers; and
(b) add the names of certain other employers; and
(c) remove the names of certain employers that no longer exist.
Section 7 of the Act authorises the Governor-in-council, by order, to amend the Schedule for such purposes. Where appropriate, the Order will have retrospective effect from the date on which the relevant change or addition occurred or took effect. (Subsection (2) of the section authorises an order to be made so that it has effect retrospectively.)
