I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 7 of the First State Superannuation Act 1992, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend Schedule 1 to the First State Superannuation Act 1992 so as to include Parramatta Rail Link Company Pty Limited in the list of employers whose employees are subject to the First State Superannuation Scheme established under that Act.

This Order is made under section 7 of the First State Superannuation Act 1992. Section 7 (2) (a) allows the Order to be made with effect on and from a day that is earlier than the day the Order is published in the Gazette.

    The First State Superannuation Act 1992 is amended by inserting “Parramatta Rail Link Company Pty Limited” at the end of Part 1 of Schedule 1 (Employers).
