I, T H E G O V E R N O R - G E N E R A L of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following

Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the First Offenders (Women) (Repeal)

Repeal

2. The First Offenders (Women) Ordinance 1947 is repealed.

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel-also accessible at

Notwithstanding the repeal effected by section 2, the provisions of the First Offenders (Women) Ordinance 1947 continue to apply to and in relation to any proceedings referred to in section 3 of that Ordinance instituted before the commencement of this Ordinance as if this Ordinance had not been made.
