(Amendment)

I, T H E ADMINISTRATOR of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the First Home Owners Act 1983.

Prescribed earnings

(S.R. 125/87)—Cat. No. 18/18.8.1987

Regulation 4A of the First Home Owners Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (d) "or"; and

(b) by inserting after paragraph (e) the following paragraphs: "(f) if the prescribed date in relation to the applicant is a date

later than 30 June 1985 and not later than 30 June 1986 and the relevant year of income in relation to the applicant is the succeeding year of income—the formula:

27,600 A / or / 31,400

(g) if the prescribed date in relation to the applicant is a date later than 30 June 1986 and not later than 30 June 1987 and the relevant year of income in relation to the applicant is the current year of income—the formula:

29,500 A;", / 31,400
