Schedule of amendments

1. The First Home Owners Regulations are amended as set out in the Schedule.

Application

2. The amendments made by these Regulations apply to and in relation to a sole applicant, or joint applicants, in relation to whom the prescribed date is a date later than 16 April 1985.
