First Home Owner Grant Amendment Regulations 2008

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000 .14 April 2008

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the First Home Owner Grant Amendment Regulations 2008 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the First Home Owner Grant Regulations 2000 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 4A insertedAfter regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations , the following regulation is inserted: 4AExclusion of Director of Housing from application of section 15 of Act The Director of Housing is excluded from the application of section 15 of the Act.
