Regulations 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the First Home Owner Grant
Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.            Regulation 11 amended

Regulation 11(2)(b) of the First Home Owner Grant
Regulations 2000* is deleted.
