I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Firearms Legislation (Amendment) Act 1992, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 May 1992 as the day on which that Act commences.
