AN ACT to amend section four of the Firearms and

Guns Act, 1931-1963.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Firearms and

Guns Act Amendment Act (No. 2), 1963.

2.    This Act shall come into operation on a day Dcfrance

-to be fixed by proclamation.

3.    Section four of the principal Act is amended 2m4enclect

by deleting the passage, "and to every person who is a native within the meaning of the Native Administration Act, 1905-1936" in lines four, five, six and seven of paragraph (2).
