AN ACT to amend the Firearms and Guns Act.

1931-1953.

[Assented to 4th January, 1957.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Firearms and Piaxitio230„

(2) In this Act the Firearms and Guns Act,

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Firearms and Guns Act, 1931-1956.

2. Section nine of the principal Act is amended by adding after paragraph (e) the following para- graph

(f) using a firearm the property of a member of a registered Gun Club, with his permis- sion, on a properly constructed clay pigeon shooting range of a registered Gun Club.
