AN ACT to amend section four of the Firearms and

Guns Act, 1931.

the same, as follows:-

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited .as the Firearms and Guns Act Amendment Act, 1931, and shall be read as one with the Fire- arms and Guns Act, 1931 (No. S of 1931), hereinafter called the principal Act.

Amendment of s.4

2. Section four of the principal Act is hereby amended by

deleting from subsection (3) the words "in all other respects it shall apply generally throughout the State," and by adding the said words to the end of subsection (4).
