Firearms Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Firearms Amendment Regulations
(No. 4) 2004.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which section 17 of the Firearms Amendment Act 2004 comes into operation.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Firearms
Regulations 1974*.

4.             Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4(1a) is amended in the Table by deleting the items relating to Firearm Collector’s Licences and inserting instead —

“

1	Firearm Collector’s Licence — original issue (3 years) ..	171
1	Firearm Collector’s Licence — renewal (3 years) ……...	31

”.
