Firearms Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Firearms Amendment
Regulations (No. 4) 2001.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 August 2001.

3.            Regulation 7 amended

Regulation 7(5a) of the Firearms Regulations 1974* is amended by deleting "$10" and inserting instead —

" $12 ".
