FIREARMS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Firearms Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 1991.

Commencement

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1991.

Principal regulations
3. In these regulations, the Firearms Regulations 1974* are referred to as

the principal regulations.

Regulation 4 amended

4. Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in subregulation (la) by deleting the fee amounts and substituting the following fee amounts —

(b)	in subregulation (lb) by deleting "$8" and substituting the following —
a $9

(c) in subregulation (1c) by deleting the fee amounts and substituting

Regulation 11 amended

5. Regulation 11 (1) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

6. Regulation 27 (1) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting
