FIREARMS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1991

Made by Lieutenant Governor and Deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Firearms Amendment Regulations (No.
2) 1991.
Regulation 14 amended

2. Regulation 14 of the Firearms Regulations 1974* is amended—

(a) by inserting after subregulation (4) the following subregulation- " (4a) An appellant may be represented by a legal practitioner and

the Commissioner or member of the Police Force concerned may be represented by a legal practitioner or another member of the Police

in subregulation (5) by deleting "neglect to appear personally or by " neglects to appear
