1.              Citation

These regulations are the Firearms Amendment

Regulmions 2012.

2.             Commencement

Sch. IA it. 8(h) 67.00 59.40

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on hich these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on I July 2012.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Firearms Regu/wions 1974.

4.              Schedule 1A .amended

Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These re^tulations are the Pawnbrokers and Second-hand

Dealers Amendment Regulations 2012.

. Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations on 1 July 2012.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Pmrnbrokers and Second-hand

Dealers Regulations 1996.
