FIREARMS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Commissioner
of Police under section 6 (1) of the Firearms Act 1973.
Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Firearms Amendment Regulations 1998.

Regulation 26B amended

2.Regulation 26B (3) (b) of the Firearms Regulations 1974* is amended by inserting

after "The .22 calibre Squibman Model 16 semi-automatic rifle." the following—

The .223 calibre, Vektor make, H 5 model, pump action rifle. ".
