Club) Regulation 2013

His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Firearms Act 1996.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to list the South Coast Hunters Club Incorporated as an association with which a club may be affiliated in the requirements for the Commissioner’s approval of a club under clause 91 of the Firearms Regulation 2006.

This Regulation is made under the Firearms Act 1996, including section 88 (the general regulation-making power).
