FIREARMS AMENDMENT ACT 1996—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels, AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Firearms Amendment Act 1996, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 20 December 1996 as' the day on which that Act (Schedule 1

[5]–[47], [49]–[56] and [7l]–[76] excepted) commences.
