Made under the Firearms Act 2024 section 2(d) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Firearms Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The provisions of the Firearms Act 2024 that have not earlier come into operation come into operation on 31 March 2025.
