FIREARMS ACT 1989 - REGULATION

(Relating to fees for target pistol licences)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Firearms Act 1989, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Firearms Regulation 1990 is amended by omitting from Part 1 of Schedule 55the matter relating to target pistol licences and by inserting instead the following matter:

Target pistol licence

authorising use of 1 or 2 pistols .................	11 (per pistol)
authorising use of 3 or more pistols ..........	23 (plus $1 per pistol in excess of 3)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to reduce the fee payable before 1 January 1991

for a target pistol licence that authorises the use of 3 or more target pistols.
