2 Fire Service Amendment (No. 2) No. 190, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Fire Service Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Fire Service Regulation 1990 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.7 (Collection fees) 3. Section 7(a) and (b)— omit, insert— — ‘ (a) if the number of properties for which fire levy notices are issued is not more than 40 000—$2.56 for each property; or (b) if the number of properties for which fire levy notices are issued is more than 40 000—$2.15 for each property. ’.
