Short title 1. These regulations may be cited as the Fire Service Amendment Regulations 1991. Amended regulations 2. The Fire Service Regulations 1990 are amended as set out in these regulations.
2 Fire Service Amendment Regulations 1991 Replacement of reg. 7 (Collection Fee) 3. Regulation 7— omit , insert ‘Collection Fees ‘7. For the purposes of section 117 of the Act, the collection fee that a component Local Authority may retain from moneys received from the owner of a prescribed property for which a fire levy notice is issued is— (a) if the number of properties (for which fire levy notices are issued) is not more than 40 000—$2.50 for each property; and (b) if the number of properties (for which fire levy notices are issued) is more than 40 000—$2.10 for each property. ’.
