Fire Brigades (Superannuation Fund) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fire Brigades
(Superannuation Fund) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fire Brigades
(Superannuation Fund) Regulations 1986*.

3.            Regulation 23B amended

Regulation 23B(3)(d) is amended by deleting "in" and inserting instead —

4.            Regulation 23BA amended

(1)	Regulation 23BA(1)(b) is amended by deleting "in" and inserting instead —
" if the Superannuation Board agrees, in ".
(2)	Regulation 23BA(3)(b) is amended by deleting "in" and inserting instead —
" if the Superannuation Board agrees, in ".
(3)	Regulation 23BA(5)(b) is amended by deleting "paid," and inserting instead —
