Notice 2017

Made by the Acting Minister under section 5(2)(a) and (g) of the Act.

1.             Citation

This notice is the Fire Brigades (Northampton Fire District)
Notice 2017.

2.             Commencement

This notice comes into operation as follows —

(a) clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this notice is

published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the notice — on the day after that day.

3.             Northampton Fire District constituted

That part of the local government district of Northampton
coloured yellow on Landgate Deposited Plan 41022 Version 2 is
constituted as the Northampton Fire District.

4.             Second Schedule to Act amended

In the Fire Brigades Act 1942 Second Schedule Part IV insert in
alphabetical order:

Northampton Fire District Northampton
