FIRE BRIGADES SUPERANNUATION ACT 1985

FIRE BRIGADES (DISABLEMENT BENEFITS FUND) REPEAL REGULATIONS 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fire Brigades (Disablement

Benefits Fund) Repeal Regulations 1994.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on the day on which section 10 of

the Fire Brigades Superannuation Amendment Act 1994 comes into operation.

Repeal

3.      The Fire Brigades (Disablement Benefits Fund) Regulations 1986* are

repealed.
