O R D I N A N C E 1980

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Fire Brigade (Administration)

(Amendment) Ordinance 1980.1

Principal Ordinance

2. In this Ordinance, "Principal Ordinance" means the Fire Brigade (Administration) Ordinance 1974. 2

Validation of certain acts

"83 . Where, at any time during the period commencing on 25 November 1974 and ending on the expiration of the day immediately preceding the date on which the Fire Brigade (Administration) Regulations, being Regulations 1980 No. 12, came into operation, an act or thing was done that would have been in accordance with this Ordinance if those Regulations had been in force at that time, that act or thing shall, for all purposes, be deemed to be as valid and effectual as it would have been if those Regulations had been in force at
