An Act to continue an Act intituled " An Act to

" regulate the carrying	of Fire-arms	and	other
" Offensive	Weapons"	[19th	July, 1854.]

BE it enacted by H i s Excel lency the Governor of N e w South Wales as follows :—

w i t h t h e advice a n d consent of t h e Legis la t ive Counci l thereof

1. The dura t ion of the A c t of Counci l passed in t h e s ix teenth

year of t h e r e ign of H e r present Majesty Queen Victor ia and n u m b e r e d twenty-seven shall be extended and the same shall cont inue in force un t i l t h e thir ty-f irs t day of December one thousand e ight h u n d r e d

and fifty-nine.
