Fire and Rescue Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the FireandRescueServiceRegulation 2011. 3 Amendment of s 6 (Administration fee—Act, s 117(4)) (1) Section 6(1)(a), ‘$3.35’— omit , insert — $ 3. 46 (2) Section 6(1)(b), ‘$134000’— omit , insert — $ 138400 (3) Section 6(1)(b), ‘$2.80’— omit , insert — $ 2. 89 4 Amendment of s 7A (Property that is not prescribed property—Act, s 105, definition prescribed property , paragraph (e)) Section 7A(1), ‘indigenous land is prescribed.’— omit , insert — the following are prescribed— (a) indigenous land; (b) property to which any of the following categories apply, if the levy class for the property is class E— (i) cemetery; (ii) club that is not licensed premises; Page 2 2014 SL No. 109
