s1 2 s4 Fire and Rescue Authority Amendment (No. 1) No. 324, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation is taken to have commenced on 1 July 1998. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the FireandRescueAuthorityRegulation1990 . ˙ Insertion of new s 11A 4. After section 11— insert — ˙ ‘ Property not to be prescribed property—Act, s 105 ‘ 11A. For section 105 of the Act, premises vested in the Queensland Housing Commission are prescribed not to be prescribed property if the premises are— (a) vacant land; or (b) a dwelling, including a single unit residence, a multi unit residence or a residential unit part of a building unit or group title.’.
