s1 2 s5 Fire and Rescue Authority Amendment (No. 1) No. 412, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 28 November 1997. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the FireandRescueAuthorityRegulation 1990 . ˙ Replacement of s 7 (Collection Fees) 4. Section 7— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Administration fee—Act, s 117 ‘ 7. For section 117 of the Act, the administration fee for a component local government is to be calculated as follows— (a) if the number of properties for which it gives fire levy notices is not more than 40 000—at the rate of $2.85 for each property; (b) if the number of properties for which it gives fire levy notices is more than 40 000—at the rate of $2.39 for each property.’. ˙ Replacement of s 14 (Payments by component local governments to authority—Act, 118) 5. Section 14— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Payments by component local governments to authority—Act, s 118 ‘ 14. For section 118 of the Act, the following are declared periods— • 1 July to 31 October • 1 November to 31 December
