1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fire and Emergency
Services Authority of Western Australia Amendment
Regulations (No. 4) 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fire and
Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia
Regulations 1998*.

3.            Regulation 6 amended

Regulation 6(4)(a) is amended as follows:

(a)

in subparagraph (i) by deleting "volunteer" and inserting " private ";

(b) in subparagraph (ii) after "supported by" by inserting —
