Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fire and Emergency
Services Authority of Western Australia Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fire and
Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia
Regulations 1998*.

3.             Regulation 6 amended

(1) After regulation 6(5)(a)(i) the following subparagraph is
inserted —

(ia) a private fire brigade;

(2)	Regulation 6(7) is amended after "permanent fire brigade" by inserting —

, "private fire brigade"
