Fire and Emergency Services Amendment
Regulations 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Regulations 1998.
1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fire and Emergency Services
Amendment Regulations 2015.
2.            Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.
3.            Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Fire and Emergency Services

4. Regulation 12A inserted
After regulation 11 insert:

12A. False alarm fee prescribed (Act s. 36ZL(1)(d)(i))

For the purposes of section 36ZL(1)(d)(i) of the Act, the fee for an attendance, in response to a false alarm, by a permanent fire brigade or a volunteer fire brigade is $750.00.
