1, the Governor, acting under the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Amendment Act. 2012 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 21 August. 2013 as the day on which sections 4 to 38, 41 ( 1) and ( 2), 43 and Parts 3 and 4 of that. Act come into operation.
