(No. 5) 1999

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fines, Penalties and
Infringement Notices Enforcement Amendment Regulations
(No. 5) 1999.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994*.

3.            Regulation 10 amended

Regulation 10 is amended by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position the following —

" Department of Environmental Protection

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position the following —

" Environmental Protection Act 1986 ".
