Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices

Enforcement Amendment Regulations

(No. 4) 2011

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2011.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

Department of the Attorney General

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.           Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Fines, Penalties and Infringement
Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994.

4.            Regulation 10 amended

In regulation 10 insert in alphabetical order:

5.            Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule I insert in alphabetical order:
