Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fines, Penalties and
Infringement Notices Enforcement Amendment Regulations
(No. 4) 1999.

" Rottnest Island Authority ".

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fines, Penalties
and Infringement Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994*.

3.             Regulation 10 amended

Regulation 10 is amended by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position the following —

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position the following —

" Rottnest Island Authority Act 1987 ".
