ENFORCEMENT AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 4) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

By His Excellency's Command, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Council.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Fines, Penalties and Infringement

Notices Enforcement Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 1996.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Sentencing (Consequential Provisions) Act 1995 comes into operation.

Schedule 3 amended

3. The Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Regulations

1994* are amended in Schedule 3 by deleting Form 7.
