with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 July 2012. as the day on
which sections 6(a), 13, 14, 20-22, 24 and 27 and Schedule 1 item 16 of that Act come
into operation.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Fines, Penalties and Infringeinent

2386 C.OVER.NMENT GAZE'1 PE. NVA 8 Trine 2012

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on the clay after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Fines, Penalties and Infringemeni
A'otices Enfnrcemeni Regulations 199.1.

4.              Schedule I :emended

In Schedule I insert in the appropriate alphabetical order:

Animal Welfare Act 2002
Heulilr Act 1911

Planning and Development Act 200.5
