Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.       Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Amendment Regulations

2.      Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 to the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices
Enforcement Regulations 1994* is amended as follows:

(a)	after the item commencing "Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds Act 1995" insert —
" Cemeteries Act 1986 63
(b)	after the item commencing "Government Railways
Act 1904" insert

Health Act 1911

(with the Local Government Act 1995 as

the principal enactment)
